Why a founding rate
We need case studies more than we need revenue right now. The founding rate gets real projects live quickly so the work can speak for itself. Once the five slots are filled, the rate goes to $1,500 and stays there.
The terms
The rate is $500 for a five-page website
That is $1,000 below the standard rate of $1,500. It applies to the first five clients only and cannot be combined with any other offer.
The scope is fixed
Up to five pages: home, services, about, contact, and one more of your choosing. Written from your material, designed for phones first, live on your domain in 1 to 2 weeks.
Payment is split 50/50
$250 when the scope is agreed, $250 when the site is live. Nothing is owed between those two points.
You get everything a full-price client gets
Same build quality, same handover, same recorded walkthrough. The rate is lower because the overhead is small and the scope is fixed, not because the work is rushed.
The site is yours
Domain, hosting, and every login registered in your name and handed over at launch. Nothing is held hostage if you stop working with us.
We may use the project as a case study
With your permission. A screenshot, the business name, and a sentence about what was built. Nothing more without asking first.
